Jenna chose the veterinary field because she has always had a love for animals. Her favourite part about her job is cuddling all of the cute little puppies and kitties when they walk in the door and spoiling them with lots and lots of treats. She has a soft spot for the Border Collies and Great Pyrenees’. Jenna was born and raised in the Medicine Hat area and lives on a ranch south of the city with her husband, two dogs, a Border Collie and a Dutch Shepherd, and five barn kitties. Jenna has worked at AMCS since 2019, but had to take a medical leave in 2021/22 when she was diagnosed with Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia, a type of cancer caused by a Molar Pregnancy. After two years, she is back at AMCS happy, healthy and ready for some puppy cuddles!
